Medical Therapies settles dispute with
The University of Sydney
29th January 2008, Sydney, Australia: Medical Therapies Limited (ASX: MTY), today announced that it has successfully settled its dispute with The University of Sydney through mediation.
Whilst the basis upon which the dispute was settled is confidential MTY is pleased to announce that the mediation and the resulting settlement resolves all outstanding issues between the parties. It extends to the work performed under the research agreements, the amounts charged by The University of Sydney and the MTY shares owned by The University of Sydney pursuant to the Intellectual Property Assignment Deed.
